Tier 1: The MOTHERSHIP (Title Sponsor)

  • Pricing: $1,500,000 - $2,500,000+
  • Availability: 1 Exclusive Partner
  • The Pitch: This partner's brand is integrated into the festival's name. "Welcome to Another Planet Music Festival, Presented by [Brand]." This is the highest level of media integration and on-site dominance.
  • Core Assets:
    • Official "Presenting Partner" or "Title Sponsor" designation.
    • Brand integration in all festival marketing & media buys (TV, radio, digital).
    • Category Exclusivity.
    • Prominent logo placement on the main "Mothership" stage (Country & Rock).
    • Premium "Activation Zone" (40x40+ ft.) in the highest-traffic area.
    • Full-page ad in the official digital festival guide.
    • Dedicated brand loop on all main video screens between sets.
    • 60+ All-Access VIP Passes for clients and executives.
    • First right of refusal for 2028.

Tier 2: The LANDING SITE (Stage Sponsor)

  • Pricing: $500,000 - $750,000
  • Availability: 2 Exclusive Partners (1 for Country, 1 for Rock, or 2 total)
  • The Pitch: "Own" a genre and its core audience. The "[Brand] Country Stage" or "[Brand] Rock Stage" becomes a destination.
  • Core Assets:
    • Official "Stage Naming Rights" for one of the two main stages.
    • Massive, dedicated branding on and around the sponsored stage.
    • Category Exclusivity (if not already claimed by Title Sponsor).
    • Large "Activation Zone" (20x20 ft.) near their sponsored stage.

Tier 3: FIRST CONTACT (Official Partner)

  • Pricing: $150,000 - $300,000
  • Availability: 5-8 Exclusive Partners by Category
  • The Pitch: Become the exclusive, official provider for the festival. "The Official [Product] of Welcome to Another Planet."
  • Core Assets:
    • Category Exclusivity (e.g., "Official Soft Drink," "Official Payment Processor," "Official Insurance Provider").
    • Rights to use the festival logo in co-branded marketing.

Tier 5: FIELD AGENT (Local Partner / Vendor)

  • Pricing: $5,000 - $25,000 / In-Kind Trade
  • Availability: Multiple
  • The Pitch: For local and regional businesses who want to be part of the event, sell their products, or offer in-kind services (e.g., "Official Landscaping," "Official Signage Printer").


  • Core Assets:
  • A 10x10 vendor booth space in the festival marketplace.
  • Logo on the "Local Partners" section of the website.
